Burpee Challenge - Day 4

Trail Run 07/04/09

This Saturday we will be running the horse trails in Barnhartvale. We will meet at Natural Strength CrossFit to carpool at 6:45am, (map here) or you can head straight to Barnhartvale Hall for 7:00am.

All participants will be entered weekly to win a pair of Salomon trail runners, hats, socks, gift certificates and more fun stuff. If you are interested in participating in the 5Peaks Race on July 11, you can register online now. Sign up under the team name “Natural Strength” to save $5 on entry fee. Any questions or concerns feel free to ask Sean or Matt.

Run 1 Mile

For time.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Announcements

We have added a few new time-slots to the schedule to try and accommodate people during the day. Mon, Tues and Friday during the noon hour. If you want to come workout and our schedule doesn't work for you, please give us a call or an e-mail and we will see what we can do as we expand our existing schedule. It's great to see more and more new people everyday, remember everybody's first workout is FREE so don't be afraid to stop by and try it out. We're more than happy to answer any questions.

Fitness Challenge and Open House

On Saturday July 18 we will be hosting our first "Natural Strength Challenge"! We will be having a few "mini-challenges" open to anyone who wishes to try, as well as a main event workout with prizes for all top finishers. For more detail please find the link below.
