“Tabata This Stuff”

Squats
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Ring Row
Box Jumps

20 seconds on / 10 seconds off – 8 times each. Score each rep completed in each 20 sec. work period. Upon completion, total the LOWEST score for each exercise only.
