Take a deck of cards, shuffle. Face cards are 10, Aces are 11, numbered cards as valued.
Flip each card and perform the movement and the number of reps specified. Cycle whole deck.
Hearts = Push-ups
Clubs = Squats (do pistol squats for more of a challenge)
Diamonds = Sit-ups
Spades = Pick something up over your head [...]

We sadly learned today that we lost a member of our community this weekend. Our thoughts are with her friends and family.
We will be creating a memorial workout in her name, to be held next Friday, June 4.
