Foundations classes, as they are named, will help you establish the proper base on which all your achievements will be built. We will explain, demonstrate and practice the essential movements. Foundations classes are designed to teach you proper form for movements that are commonly performed in our workouts.

- Deadlift – Sumo Deadlift High Pull – Clean
- Overhead Press – Push Press – Push Jerk
- Kipping pull-ups, dips, kettlebell swing, push-up, sit-up, back extension, double-unders, and more…
Each class will consist of brief lecture explaining the execution of each movement, followed by demonstration and practice. We focus on proper bio-mechanical form and range of motion. We also define the standards of technique that allow participants to legitimately compare results with their own prior achievements as well as the benchmarks of others.
Each class will also include a workout. This will introduce you to the intensity and atmosphere of our program. These classes are designed to give you the tools and confidence to allow you to join our regular group workouts. After completing all 10 foundations, you will feel ready for group training, however if you wish to continue more private coaching that is at your discretion. We limit the foundations classes attendance to six participants at a time to ensure that everyone gets the attention they require and leaves no questions unasked.
