New members must talk to us about our Foundations classes, where we offer clear, in-depth instruction on the basic movements that make up the bulk of our program. We don’t force anyone into these classes, but we should discuss your needs and determine whether they are a good idea for you or not. If you choose not to attend the private foundations sessions, as a new trainee, you will still be acquiring the necessary skills and movements until you display a reasonable proficiency and understanding of “the basics”. All of our clients are ALWAYS under our supervision, but we feel it will benefit new-comers more to focus on the quality and consistency of movement patterns before they increase the intensity. For this reason, they will focus on skills and not speed.

Once you have completed all your Foundations WODS we should feel you are ready to join our regular group sessions. Group sessions will complete the workout of the day under a coach’s supervision. The workout of the day will be posted daily on this site. We offer different specialty sessions to the schedule (Endurance, Barbell Club) which will differ from the W.O.D. but will still be available to all members. Unlimited membership allows you to attend any and all sessions, space permitting.
Personal training is also available for those of you who prefer one-on-one or one-on-two attention.
